Getting hired is not a problem at our location due to the large turn-over of employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employees are not valued - just another number that can be replaced if the GM does not like you or you are not in his chosen few
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the job I do and take pride in it - you have to rely on yourself and good comments from fellow workers that job looks good because you will not get Any feedback from management unless it is negative
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no positives, our dept boss does not think his workers are worthy to talk to but if he knows someone his whole attitude changes - he talks and laughs The GM thinks fear is a motivator instead of giving any positive feedback. Watch out if he is in a bad mood
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging that we are human beings with feelings and lives, I have never worked any places where you are in fear of the GM, he is quick to fire people and the large turn over of employees is due to his attitude - I do NOT abuse my time at work but feel you can never please or get one kind word
