I am very happy with my team and everyone I come in contact with while working. Everyone is eager to lend a helping hand EVEN when not asked. They just jump in to help one another. I love feeling I am never working alone someone, no matter if its Head GM or guys/gals on floor will be there to help!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as if I am part of the leadership team, because what I do as well as how I work matters just as much. I may not have the knowledge or able to authorize some things, but never feel I am less important than any other, including GM's
