I am grateful for my in-store management. They really do look out for me, and they are pleasant to work for. The work itself is fair. Company policies are overall favorable for workers, but are the most significant aspects of the job that sometimes wears me down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a part-time employee, truthfully I am not fully aware of my compensation package. I hear that there are fair benefits especially for full-time employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when I am able to interact with guests and do something that makes their day better. Improving the day for someone else is a reward in itself and makes the job worth it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very prompt, and the HR Coordinator was approachable. I was given opportunities to put my best self forward, but it did feel rather short, and that might be a detriment to some.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers and employees typically work together to make a fast-paced environment manageable for everyone. No one seems to be interested in putting others down for personal gain. I like that nearly everyone can relate with each other and respect each other as a result.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with almost entirely take doing their jobs seriously, but are relaxed and human as they do so. I don't feel bogged down by those I work with, but rather they almost always have good attitudes that encourage me to do my best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my managers listen to me, think proactively for me, and encourage me. They treat me fairly, look for opportunities for me to do my best, and I feel they want to see me succeed as I do my best to help them operate their store well.
