I do not know of many companies taht give their employees profit sharing. It is a tremendous gift and I really enjoy the Profit Sharing meeting we have every year.

My HR seemed intetested in what I had to say, let me answer every question and wanted to know if I would be willing to stay long term.
Mine was different than average cause I told them I was going to Home Depot after this to get an appilcation. I was hired on the spot. I've been there two and a half years now. This will probably give me away. I used to be full time until i got cancer.
