They have a on-site medical clinic.
My recent increase in pay was significant and my compensation has been paid according to my contribution and the work I do within the company. The Bonus compensation that is offered is an added plus and recently has been paying at higher levels.
Competitive salary. Good benefits. Cafeteria
at or above the market benchmarks.
I think our HSA money is great, and our match is good. A few other nice benefits.
My wife has been looking for work in the same industry as myself and most companies (as in 80%) of all their competitors pay $6-$8 more for identical positions at Merit. The bigger the company the less they pay.
Higher the pay and lower the insurance. The insurance is insanely high.
Merit is below market value in terms of compensation for local competetors.
Better insurance and RX plan. Better car allowance. Additional PTO
I haven't got a raise for about a year. Pay is cheap McDonald's pay more.
Tiny, infrequent raises don't keep up with inflation
Compensation not tied to performance.
Review from Operations Dept
Every benefit was cut as soon as they could. It was like being offered a bone to work there and then having it yanked away as soon as you signed on. Benefits, wages, time off, work/life balance, you name it, it will slowly be downgraded or taken totally away.
Because people who I manager make more than I do.
