There are so many rumors out there about is. Customers are not satisfied
No incentive for certain employees to do any work.
Fix near 100% yearly turnover.

Every.single.thing. Pay, Benefits, Culture, Trust. Just trash it all and start again from the ground up. It may not even be able to be saved at this point.
