The rich get richer and the poor get poorer at Merit. Every choice there is made for the high level employees, to better them. The people actually producing the product and generating the money get walked all over. Come into this century and recognize this.
My wife has been looking for work in the same industry as myself and most companies (as in 80%) of all their competitors pay $6-$8 more for identical positions at Merit. The bigger the company the less they pay.
Higher the pay and lower the insurance. The insurance is insanely high.
Merit is below market value in terms of compensation for local competetors.
Better insurance and RX plan. Better car allowance. Additional PTO
I haven't got a raise for about a year. Pay is cheap McDonald's pay more.
Actually focus on the production teams way of life instead of the executives.

Every.single.thing. Pay, Benefits, Culture, Trust. Just trash it all and start again from the ground up. It may not even be able to be saved at this point.
