Ms. April Miller Boise has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Meritor, Inc. since August 15, 2016. Ms. Boise served as the Head of Global Mergers & Acquisitions, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at AVINTIV Inc. since March 2015 and also served as its Chief Compliance Officer. She was responsible for the legal affairs of the AVINTIV Inc. Ms. Boise leads the AVINTIV's mergers and acquisitions efforts. Ms. Boise served as General Counsel, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Secretary at Avintiv Specialty Materials Inc. She served as Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary of Veyance Technologies, Inc. since January 2011. Her practice includes mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; securities offerings for public and private companies; private equity and venture capital; and corporate governance including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
