What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I would improve the interview process by focusing more on assessing candidates for alignment with company values and collaboration skills, not just technical abilities. Ensuring transparency about the company culture and leadership style would help set clearer expectations for new hires.

It is more of an IQ test that people can hack. It is not directly related to actual work skills

HR at Meta are like sales people, selling roles with untrue realities, which gives the outside world wrong perspective of the role. In general whole company needs to come down to real world.

Stop asking repetitive questions from templates, evaluate people for their creative ideas

Give your employees the vision and ALLOW them to be themselves in it, LET them CREATE.
