It's express your feeling about the job
the feedback during an interview
That it focuses on peoples skills and not only their credentials
Interviewers are friendly, that helped me feel myself throughout the process.
Clear timelines and guidance from team
The strai in the straightforwardness straightforwardness iand frankness of it all
The opportunity to talk to people that I ended up working with.
They make you feel at ease
It was really easy and understanding
The process was pretty quick. They do a great job of streamlining a lot of the process and my recruiter was responsive.
Review from HR Dept
Very thorough. Gave me confidence that whoever I'd be working with had been through similar 'quality control'! Each job area had a 45min-1hr interview attached to it, so there was time to really dig down into individual job related skills
Review from HR Dept
The prep resources were really helpful and each interview was structured so I was able to demonstrate my best qualities/skill set.
It was fast and fair. The questions aligned with the preparation I received. If you don't prepare you will not get the job, but if you prepare you have a strong chance of performing well in the interview.
Review from HR Dept
It was very fast and short
Good questions and allows for diversity and explanations.
Review from Business Development Dept
Meeting the people and interviewing teammates
short process with only two interviews
The recruiters are nice and they prepped me for interviews
Challenging and consistent. They help you as much as they can with prep.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very agile and specialized, not a lot of duplication
Review from Marketing Dept
I would improve the interview process by focusing more on assessing candidates for alignment with company values and collaboration skills, not just technical abilities. Ensuring transparency about the company culture and leadership style would help set clearer expectations for new hires.
It is more of an IQ test that people can hack. It is not directly related to actual work skills
HR at Meta are like sales people, selling roles with untrue realities, which gives the outside world wrong perspective of the role. In general whole company needs to come down to real world.
Review from Product Dept
Stop asking repetitive questions from templates, evaluate people for their creative ideas
Give your employees the vision and ALLOW them to be themselves in it, LET them CREATE.
more snacks would be greta :)
Speed and more personal with some behavioral questions thrown in for good measure
Get rid of puzzles based on game theory
Review from Engineering Dept
I would improve the people's personalities that I work with for 1, and like I keep repeating makes them human at least make them act human anyway
Review from Finance Dept
Being honest about the work it needs to do to heal harm it’s caused by bad polici
Cant really give good advice other than preparing yourself

Creating an environment where teamwork is encouraged will drive many benefits for the business but there are many different ways to achieve this.
