Some coworkers focus too much on compliance and optics rather than collaboration and substance. We could work better together by fostering open communication, supporting honest feedback, and aligning on shared goals that prioritize quality and team well-being over appearances.

Professionalism, feedback culture, collaboration and partnership, stop bullying and creating a culture of fear.
