Team culture is non-inclusive and I am left out of most discussions. Strong racial bias as I am a person of color and my manager as well as his leaders are focussed on recognizing only the work of people of their own color.

They need to hire activists for training in intersectionality, they need to actually restrict the ways people get around standards and say hate speech. The same speech , blatant and subtle, is allowed by employees though so that likely needs to change first
