Meta is always finding new ways to boost moral and company culture. They ensure teams have budgets to do outings, there's a ton of fireside chats with people from the company, multiple groups/clubs to join, and opportunities to give back/learn more.

Focused on improving your skills (leveling up), growing your career, supporting a positive life outside of work as this promotes a positive environment inside of work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company culture needs to prioritize substance over optics, value employee feedback, and address systemic issues openly. Leadership should focus on building trust, fostering collaboration, and creating a supportive environment that aligns with meaningful values and well-being.

Get the money and move out

Clear expectations and better support for teammates

There is just too much to do and not enough time to do it. Each step in the eng process requires a lot of work to complete
