They make decisions off data and think logical. They look at the whole picture before making decisions and think of Employee and customer.

The get along even with the different personalities. It seems that now they are wanting to more of "family" oriented events such as potlucks.

The on-going events that MISUMI has and sponsors. Really reels us back to what MISUMI is all about. Our employees and our customers. Great way to get to know your co-workers also.

When you are able to help one of your directs and they thank you. Or even if it is a customer thanking you. That makes me happy and makes my day so much better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not quite sure yet. My leadership team is fairly new. They have not been too personable. Maybe what I like best is that they seem to genuinely care about improving the department.

One of them is organized and the other is learning. I like their involvement and they seem to be invested in our ultimate goal. I like their mindset of retaining a customer and keeping them happy.
