Behave like a mid-size company instead of a large company - need to work faster and respond to changes quicker

COmmunication of goals and how roles bit into the greater goals - less red tape - too much CYA in play by execs and they don't seem to get along

Turnover rates are way too high, employees need to be heard and valued better. HR department doesn't care about employees. Company is making money hand over fist, but employees suffer with no adjustments for rising prices.
