New location - Building and work stations are good. Location is good.

Opportunity to grow with Misumi and Misumi can grow and make more money for everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Health care benefits are very expensive out of pocket for medicine and healthcare services when needed. Calendar year versus fiscal year timing caused problems with FSA scheduling. Compensation is not keeping up with the larger company Misumi is becoming. (current vs new employees are not aligned)
