Very different, but intelligent individuals with vastly different backgrounds. Amazes me at times of the solutions we create.

They have open discussions where employees can ask the difficult questions, and they don't hide behind a so-called curtain.

Honest, hard-working individuals who are always ready to help or teach others. Not a week goes by that I don't learn something new.

Making a mistake or not hitting your target is not considered a failure, but rather an opportunity to learn. Management is more concerned with what you learned and how we can apply that moving forward to ultimately reach the goal.
