The leadership team is transparent and progressive. The team takes steps to adopt work ideologies that go against the norm for the betterment of their work staff.

CEO doesn't believe in laying anyone off even during times of economic downturns. My direct management team expresses the team goals weekly and the personnel themselves are very driven and understanding.
