We are on family, and everyone cares about each other.

Learning something new and have a great team to work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are great listeners. Not afraid to share my ideas and thoughts. They allow me to provide my value, and my voice is heard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The base salary needs to be higher. We receive our bouns way late, 2-3 months after the physical year starts, and that's not ideal.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care for their team and try to plan ahead, however, I wish things can be managed by US Strategy not wait for Japan to make most of the decision.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Developing programs to develop growth within my position. I would like to see a mentoring program that can help employees to grow further in their careers. Offers tuition reimbursement to help individuals to advance their careers. The bonus structure is low compared to what we bring to the table.
