Overall excellent company to work for, and I am proud to say that I work for Misumi.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Competent, forward-thinking, professional, approachable and genuinely care about their people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Amazing, smart, and well-intentioned people that value relationships in the business setting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Always keeps you on your feet. The company also takes employee development and engagement very seriously and it is appreciated.

What makes you most happy at work?

Contributing the company in a positive way, by doing value added activities. All jobs have a level of 'grunt work,' but the areas where I can make a positive impact for the greater good of the company is what excites me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With inflation, the company has done an excellent job with taking care of employees with regular COLA payments. Staff have been well taken care of, but seemingly management/senior management level has not quite caught up to the market comp in my opinion.
