What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think there is an effort to actually listen to employees' concerns and to welcome candid, honest feedback.

What makes you most happy at work?

The dedicated personal working spaces, variety of on-hand resources such as catalogs, physical products etc., and the welcoming atmosphere for everyone to express their individuality.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture at our company feels pretty equal-opportunity and I see a wide mix of different backgrounds and views coming together in various committees and leadership positions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A fuller comprehension of each teams' main responsibilities and resources and being available and attentive to communication - this lack of availability and attentiveness has suffered since returning to the office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company has not been keeping up with inflation rates rises for the past few years + trying to run lean with as few employees running multiple different positions and projects with no added support leading to long work hours and/or less than expected results.
