Everyone is kind to each other. I give credit to Human Resources for finding smart, hardworking, professional and kind people. I have never worked for a company that has so many great people.

My boss always gives me credit for my ideas. Many different departments seek my bosses help. My Boss, Associate Director of Sales and Senior Director of Sales treat everyone with respect regardless of title.

Everyone is kind, intelligent, professional, educated. I am grateful to come to MISUMI every day. People treat each other with the upmost respect. I think that this respect comes from the Japanese culture.

Every week we take turns leading the meeting. By being prepared to lead in front of my coworkers it has helped me to be prepared when speaking to the customer. It also provides us with the most synergistic approach and team strategy.
