Everyone is kind and very supportive
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things and building the confidence to contribute to the company overall and helping customers and our sales reps
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. They understand that I am new and they help answer my questions but at the same time, they challenge me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since I have been with MISUMI less than a month, I can't say much other than that they seem attentive, pro-active and very involved
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Again, haven't started getting my medical coverage but BCBS is good from my experience. The salary is the highest I've ever had and in terms of 401k, well I will see that in 2 months.
