Love my job, the work, the supervisor over me, which is the plant manager. He is a very fair, giving and intelligent yet also, capable manager. And I thought I was smart. I love my job and my company. I especially love donuts on pay day. Even though I am a diabetic.

Again, everyone tries to get along and create unity. They are trustworthy and reliable from my perspective.

Friendly, driven and engaging on all matters. Dependable when answering questions. Their leadership draws or invites comfort and confidence upon the person.

Everyone is pleasant and social. And if you ask them to help with something, they are always ready to help. Great environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my position, I have freedoms others do not and being able to move around is great for me. I sometimes have to leave premises to go get parts that I need right away, and those little breaks are nice. Also, I manage projects on top of my regular job able I am rarely driven to get it done now.
