Working for Misumi has been a positive experience overall. I beleive the company is positioned for success and the job security is excellent. Sometimes the organization is too rigid and resists change, even despite underperforming areas.

I beleive Misumi values it's employees, they are never treated as disposable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers within the same department seem to get along well, the friction is intra-department. Organization is very set it it's ways, not open to changing/improving the process for dept. interaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think Misumi pays me competitively. As a middle level manager, I observe that sometimes we do not pay internal promotions competitively. Seems like the most important group to retain to me.
