They talk a lot about career advancement but don't actually take any actions to help advance your career. Do the minimum when it comes to days off and pay. They know they need to do better in those areas but actively choose not to improve. Instead they talk about how its not better anywhere else.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are way below inflation. The business plan goals are unrealistic which allows them to not increase compensation by saying we didn't meet business plan.
