Company should give better rise to their employees. Most of the employees are underpaid. Employees pay rate is below market average pay!

We need pay incise drastically. With very high infection for over 3 years- Realistically over 8 % every year. Company proposed only 3% pay incise. Realistically I make less then 4 years ago. Can this company propose 24% pay incise to keep up with inflation and 5 % on the top of that?
