We strive for change, always looking for improvement, brain storming together, while respecting ideas, which makes you want to participate while not feeling "dumb".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with my starting salary. But haven't seen anything permanent that goes along with inflation. I strongly believe inflation and current salary should be addressed.
