Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the company manages employee costs aggressively when bringing on new hires, a little below market compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Misumi employees talk to each other and generally we feel slightly underpaid. In my opinion, I feel like my salary is 15% lower to the similar jobs in the market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like MISUMI leadership cares about its employees and does a good job of fostering employee engagement. Top Golf and the Holiday party are always something we look forward to.

I love how Misumi is both customer and employee centered. Always an eye to serving our customers while also going out of its way to engage its employees and make them feel important.
