I came in with no prior experience and my skills have grown incredibly since being here. My social life is more involved and I am learning something new everyday.
I have had a very meaningful and positive experience. I am provided with the tools I need to succeed and to advance in my career. I am always being challenged and supported by my superiors/peers.
It started out great but unfortunately my work load is burning me out and I need more compensation to equate to the work I'm expected to do.
Seeing my friends and interacting with people.
The annual bonus and yearly opportunity to improve.
The 401k match and gym membership.
The annual bonus in Springtime.
Seeing my friends and participating in the activities that are going on in the building.
Everyone is so nice and there are always people wanting to make plans/events outside of work.
They are personable. Our president plays on the softball team with us and is really down to earth.
Making new connections with people and having little conversations throughout the day. Hearing customer praise is also really rewarding.
We all contribute different strengths to our team and bounce ideas off of each other. It is enjoyable seeing/talking with them.
Everyone is looking out for one another and cares about another team's success. We also have activities planned outside of work.
They recognize people for their good ideas and welcome all questions. They are also down to earth and I don't feel less than.
They see everyone and their thoughts as important. Inclusion and involvement is very important. It doesn't feel like the leadership team sees themselves as more important than anyone else.
I've been at my company for over a year and am still making under the starting wage that was advertised. I'd feel better if my request for a raise was not declined.
We all have different personality types that allow us to collaborate and do our job the best we can. I had the chance to receive training from everyone on my team, so I got to see multiple approaches and pick what's best for me.
We like to be involved in the company by joining different teams and taking advantage of our perks together like going to the gym, yoga, classes, games during lunch, etc. Everyone is also so nice, which is rare in a company with this number of employees.
MISUMI cares about the employees and goes out of its way to ensure our wellbeing. Townhall days are also fun because we get to take the time to learn about different employees, including their lives outside of work. The people are so positive, which really boosts morale.
