What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always happy to help each other when additional support is needed. This really helps the team thrive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is the best part of the package as it allows me to have some balance with my social and personal life, but I do wish there was more accrued within each year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Certain members are easy to connect and establish relationships with while others I would not really identify as leaders. It truly depends on the person. However, I appreciate there are some members that do show leadership qualities and help uplift and motivate me in my work.
