I have spent the last month in a state of constant anxiety and fear of losing my job. I can't understand how someone who has provided 91% of the onboarded products for our entire team is in the position that I am in. I am tired of justifying my time and worth to a company that does not care about me
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are kind and supportive. They understand the amount of work it takes to move projects forward.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what the people under them actually do. How much work goes into onboarding suppliers, product, webpages, etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management has no idea what anyone below them does. They see a deadline and numbers and if you don't hit the mark on both you have failed even if you far exceed expectations on one or the other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have disabilities that qualify for reasonable accommodations under ADA and I feel like I am being held to a standard that no one else in my position is being held to. If you are going to pay me the same amount honestly probably less than at least hold me to the same standard.
