Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

If you look at the amount of employee turnover at this company, it is insane. Even our suppliers know about it and wonder what is going on. It seems that the people who do the least amount of work are overpaid and the those who do the most are underpaid. "Thats the MISUMI way"

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Giving raises, and backfilling positions

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive thing is getting to work from home.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A Change in upper management is probably the only solution.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fight for more employees and better pay as many of us are doing two jobs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I am being overworked in an understaffed department that gets no support from upper management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Let us get more work from home or be flexible with our work hours. Not to mention how cold the office is. If you are not going to turn up the heat at least let us use space heaters.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am essentially doing a whole departments job by myself and half of the work load of a missing employee. We should have replaced that employee right away. At the very least a title change and pay increase should be offered for our loyalty and efforts.
