I love that the MISUMI Leadership team is knowledgeable about the role Customer Service plays in keeping the company going. I'm very impressed with the appreciation we receive from those of you at the top. Also, I love that you value our feedback when it comes to training.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that the Customer Service team is so helpful and seems to really value teamwork. Instead of just coming to work, keeping to ourselves, and expecting everyone to just know what to do, the team values teamwork and communication. If you have a question, someone is always willing to help.
