Willing to listen and adapt strategy based on current market conditions. Nimble.

The team is nimble. There is a lot of collaboration and open and honest communication.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The medical package is one of the best in the industry, included vision is a definite plus. The 401k and company match are very good.

The Medical benefits are very good, affordable and with excellent coverage including Vision. The 401K match is decent, about average for a company of this size.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open and honest communication. Lack of "corporate politics" allows all employees to have a voice and contribution to their own jobs as well as the good of the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Frequent town halls and employee events on a quarterly basis are very nice team building events. The annual holiday party is also a great event to interact with people from all over the company that you normally would not.

What makes you most happy at work?

The daily challenges. The fact that no two day is alike keeps things interesting. I am given autonomy to do my job and run my business with gives a great sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in the work i do.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are a lot of cases where people just don't do their job to their fullest ability; this causes strain on other departments who need to pick up the slack. Most departments work well within themselves, however inter-department collaboration/communication could use some streamlining.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company does a very good job in recognizing people/teams who do a good job on a monthly basis. Small rewards to employees to celebrate milestones are appreciated. All-company events are fun and very nice to engage with people outside of work in an informal setting.
