I believe my experience and the type of responsibilities that I do need to be reviewed and determine a higher compensation based on current market.

The most positive is that we all like to help in whatever is needed in order to reach our goals. We are very diverse and learning different cultures and is amazing.

Each day is a different day. We have our ups and downs just like any place. What we do on a daily basis is always subject to change and that's what makes interesting.

Always look forward to complete my tasks on time and get to see my co-workers that have not seen in a long time. Each day is a learning experience which makes it interesting.
