My overall experience here has been positive but as I try to move up in my career that is proving to be challenging/difficult. Employees who go above and beyond should be compensated accordingly. The company needs to retain their high performers and take care of them.

We all care about each other and doing well as a team. Everyone is very hardworking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No women directors in the company. I worked on the biggest project of my career and got a horrible merit increase for it even as the review was perfect the monetary value did not reflect that. Provide better career paths for women to move up into and grow with the company.
