We are extremely diverse and I have had the privilege to learn about different cultures that I would not have learned about in a company with a less diverse workforce.

My manager is always interested in my goals and career growth. They are always looking for new ways to continuously learn and improve in the work environment. My manager is a great example of what a leader should be.
