It is decent, PTO is great, things are changing negative. Afraid with merger that things will be going south. We are trending down and things keep getting worse. Top leadership isn't present in day to day, they only show up every couple months and make asinine rules they don't follow

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get paid on time every two weeks and they throw us a donut, occasionally we get a treat or something. If you are on one of the good boy teams that can do no wrong you get all kinds of rewards and constant praise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't remove remote work, this is the reason most people stay here. Schaumburg isn't a huge draw and people don't all live close by. Having to commute would cause a ton of people to leave. Do a market analysis and pay people what they are worth
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to fix CS, it is terrible and customers are leaving MISUMI in droves. Orders are constantly delayed, poor communication, missed POs. If a customer is trying to give us money for our parts and we can't do that right how can we expect to grow our business? We need to take a serious look at CS.
