Exhausting, cumbersome, exasperating, gratifying to some degree, challenging. Probably not much different than the company across the street.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fix our systems. Mfg'ing, overeas communications, quoting, unfits, ordering processes, adequate people count, more sensible KPI's.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
1)Communication. 2)Quit raising prices multiple times/year & by very large %'s because we managed our pricing so bad. Looks like a horrible bait & switch movie. 3) We are making our margins too high now on smaller quantities losing our marketed, promoted and advertised "advantage". 4) Theres more
