
My overall experience has been that it is a challenging environment that I have been able to adapt to; and that has given me skills that make me a more valuable contributor.
I have been allowed to take on as much responsibility as I can handle and have been recognized for my contributions by my management team. Continuous learning has been encouraged to allow for understanding the business and improvement of my skills.
