in QCT office, there are favorites and they need to stop complaining for everything they do. in planning team, they are cool, friendly and can teach new stuff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
to spend more than 3 hours replying emails is not valuable. i dont feel challenged. compensation is not just salary its all the benefits you can get and learn from what you do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the environment at QCT. everyone complains for every email they receive. the first yell at you and then they ask what's going on. they have preferences with people who has been longer here
