Having intentional conversations with employees before issues become out of hand.

If compensation was weighted strongly on performance instead of time with the company .

I am most happy at work when I am able to connect with my coworkers.

If managers stopped pressuring overtime and cared about the team as individuals with lives outside the office.

Although we are always busy, we never forget to take time to laugh and enjoy being with each other.

The team is encouraging and supportive of each others personal goals and accomplishments. The team cares about each others well being.

We are all encouraging and supportive of each other but also not afraid to correct someone if they are doing something wrong.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement of after work activities and involvements. It is nice that we are able to meet people from all departments through group events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is constructive and supportive. They help me grow and learn new things everyday, but also support and encourage me in the things that I already know. They care about me as a person and are invested in my future with MISUMI. I couldn't ask for better managers then the CS managers.
