Coworkers who are longer in the company will give you tips&tricks how to do your job better without you even asking. They will mentor you and help you as much as they can. Great supportive, and positively competitive environment that only pushes you to do better.

My team is very effective and doesn't spend too much time on useless meetings. Everyone is proactive and hardworking and we are able to do the job that in some other companies much bigger teams can't manage. And they are cool :)
