Molina Healthcare of SC lacks diversity, equity and inclusion. They claim to be an equal opportunity employer but if you look there is no diversity or scarce when it comes to middle management and senior leadership. Healthcare services division is the worst of them all with only one AA manager.

Helping others in need is what makes the job worthwhile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is positive because everyone works from home due to the pandemic. As far as the culture it is toxic because minorities are not even considered for middle management or senior leadership roles in Molina Healthcare of SC.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving equal opportunity access to minorities instead of placing office politics favorites in managerial positions who are not really qualified even though they have the school education. I offer that there be a hiring committee of equal participants and minorities for equal opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works hard but are rarely recognized by leadership. Many team members have been disheartened by leadership and it's unscrupulous practices to place outside Caucasian people in management roles instead of minority employees who have played a role in Molina Healthcare of SC success for years
