Hired right before Project nickel and was fortunate to survive that experience. Since then, the highs have bee brief. Claims department specifically has gone done hillside the new VP took over in 2021. Many are leaving Molina, and for very valid reasons. Pay, structure and motivation are all weak.
What makes you most happy at work?
The benefits package is well diverse.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match is 4%, there are a lot of benefits Molina offers to make up for the belittling pay and over working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While Molina is pushing a diverse agenda and keeping the member mindset forward, the communication needs work, the leadership needs an overhaul, and the pay needs to be adjusted and increased.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing. We just got a new leadership team for the 3rd time in 3 years, so far they seem on the same page, but I am not holding my breath
What did you like most about the interview process?
I applied several times and it took several times to be interviewed. After interviewed, my hiring process was fast. After I was hired, I've heard mixed stories of good and bad, it depends on the team/department you are applying for.
