Lots of benefits, lots of attempts at employee engagement. The communication between departments needs improvement, Upward mobility is a joke, and the pay here is right at the line between below average and average. Molina works, but needs improvements everywhere ASAP.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't anything i specifically cared about the interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out at the end of the day, but also that currently we work from home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team communicates and collaborates with amazing ease, but the same can not be said for other teams in other departments that I have been part of or heard about. lots of flip flops on decisions and poorly communicated emails/chats/calls.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing. No issues there. The leadership above that on all levels in every department fall into 1 of 2 categories, they care, or they don't. It is visible who are the ones who care and who are the ones that don't.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vast amount of benefits is amazing. Not just the basic care package. There are a ton of benefits not used, but that are available. I would appreciate if we could opt out of some benefits and have that transition to bigger pay checks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are people wanting to improve Molina, that is the positive. The negative is that they expect things to happen over night and that isn't how things work. Sadly, things dont get done at all some of the times and no communication as to why not.
