have space to be able to do my work with out parenting

love the remote work and the support we have to be independent but accountable

respect, transparency, and all the people I talked too during the process except one
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we need to be involved in the care process and asking for feed back or experiences instead of trickle down forms and more forms that don't benefit members
