Uplifting, we help and support each other because we cannot rely on supervisor.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better supervision, appreciation, positivity, mental health days, more vacation days for those who have not been in the company less than 5 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutely love that everyone comes from different walks of life. We all have different backgrounds whether, nurses, social workers, mental health clinicians etc. This is such an advantage as we can all mentor each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not sure I can make a positive accurate statement. We never have dealings with our supervisors manager or upper leadership other than emails. Our own supervisor I informs us to send her an email with queries we have which does not in emergencies for our members. She usually forgets to respond.
