What did you like most about the interview process?
Owner actually talking to you personly
It was simple. They were nice. I suggest you cut this question, its very irrelevant in the grand scheme of things
Speaking about my availability nad discussing the hours and what the night auditor does

The environment was relaxed through the process
they were start forward with what we will have to do
I wasn't really interviewed. They really needed someone on the front desk. I filled out an application and I think they did a background check. Once that was clear, they hired me.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
getting more information on employees backgrounds
If the person that was suppose to interview me would have showed up I'm not sure how that would have been. The manager at that time had me to tell the girl that I was replacing to interview me, she hired me right away. Started working right away.
