What are some of the best things about your team?

When we all work as a team.

Our team is very hardworking and we all and i mean all get along. Its like a little family and i know how cliche that sounds. I never call in because i feel like im taking my friend's free time away.

Teamwork and ability to communicate easily and efficiently

the co workers try their best. but management doesnt train you to do the work. The expereince I had from previous employment from hotels helped me to thrive here. I showed my coworkers how to set wakeup calls. The sysytem to reprogram the doors isnt accessible to the front desk clerks.

We know each other strength and weakness

Everyone but the boss was happy.

People come prepared to meetings and they are relaxed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better comunication and not always trying to make the other workers look bad for what they do instead of helping one another

company has no meetings to allow employees to voice their opinions

Coworkers need to learn to come to work on time do your job quit blaming other coworkers for something you did or didnt do. If you are on call that means be prepared to be called in that day.
